大马纪录大全 Malaysia Book of Records

昨天，是个极富纪念性的日子，因为这一天是大马司法界最多法令条文诞生的日子，也是司法界里前所未有的案例重篇的日子。

11.11.2007下午，国际时间1500，一群为数接近两百人，综合大马三大民族与东马少数民族的历史创建与见证人，浩浩荡荡地从各方而来，齐聚于海龟大礼堂，一起为大马司法界创造历史！相关法令计有《1950 年大马合约法令》(Malaysia Contract Acts 1950) 和《1957 年大马物品销售法令》(Malaysia Sale of Goods Act 1957)，以及附属于合约法令下的代理法 (Law of Agency) 。

历经两个小时后，在同一天国际时间1700，顺利诞生了许多新法令条文！以及许多曾经发生（但已被修改过），和从未发生的案例一并诞生！实为继太空人之后，另一项大马之光！

注解:
昨天是PGN4601: Commercial Law一役正式开战的日子。这一科的作答方式是要附上相关的法令条文 (Section) 和相关案例 (case) ，而有关的法令有以上列明的三种。在没办法熟读一大堆乱七八糟的条文与案例的情况之下，于是大家都成了历史创建人：自创法令条文！（冒汗~~）

Yesterday was a very meaningful day, because many act were born on yesterday, and also many cases were edited and created.

In the afternoon of 11.11.07, international time of 1500, there were an approximation of 200 people, consist of Malays, Chinese, Indians and bumiputera from East Malaysia, came and assembled in the Turtle Hall, together to create history for judicature, that is the Malaysia Contract Acts 1950 and Malaysia Sale of Goods Act 1957, and the Law of Agency which is stated under Malaysia Contract Acts 1950.

After two hours, at the international time of 1700 on the same day, many new sections were born! Together with the edited cases, and new cases! It is another pride of Malaysia after our astronaut!

Explanation:
Yesterday was the exam for PGN4601: Commercial Law. To answer the questions for this paper, statutory provision and case must be provided according to the three act as stated above. Because it's impossible to memorize all the sections and cases, hence we were becoming a historian: to create our own provisions! (sweating~~)
